At Solumcoo, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

2. Shipping Destinations and Rates
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and other selected countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

3. Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Lost, Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days at 727875412@qq.com.
