1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as personal care goods or clearance items, are non-returnable.

2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at 727875412@qq.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
